Try Easyhits4u (easyhits4u.com). I have a site there that has an iframe and it has never been removed. Don't use iframes for malicious purposes though. All traffic exchanges are really strict on this.

I agree. I joined that site for free right before they implemented the $5 member fee. I was so lucky to get in without paying anything. With this, I won't think it's a waste of time and effort.

The primary purpose of traffic exchanges is to help you gain more traffic to your site. Some traffic exchanges doesn't really pay you in using their service. However, sites like EasyHits4u (easyhits4u.com) now has a feature of paying their users. I believe it's $0.3 for 1000 sites surfed. It takes time to earn here though.

I believe radio and newspapers will still remain. Especially newspapers since they're quite useful.
