 Hi, micahbrul!I suppose I'm one of the last dying few who still keeps an actual diary. I've kept one since I was about twelve years old. I've never had an online blog. I don't know, I'm just very private about some areas in my life and would rather not have total strangers read my deepest personal thoughts and feelings. |

 Hi, levite!I actually enjoy milk very much and try to have a few glasses a day. As far as taste goes, I've been a 2% milk drinker all my life. I do enjoy the taste of whole milk, but I usually go for the 2% because it's less fat. Even skim milk these days has an improved taste. I usually try to use skim milk when eating cereal. |

 Hi, snowdoll487!I somewhat have the same reaction to coffee as you do. If I drink coffee in the morning, it doesn't perk me up, it actually makes me sleepy. It's only later on in the evening when I start feeling jittery and can't relax. I think it's perfectly normal for you to feel sleepy when you drink coffee and more awake when you drink (warm) milk. |
