 Im in Canada so i dont know if it is different but i believe the same rules apply.
Did you check your bank statement for two small ammounts deposited by pay pal???if the amounts is there, then go to you paypal account and you have to type what is the 2 amounts and if is correct then your account will be verified immediately .
