I check my mail once every two or three days. I hardly check SPAM mails. If I check them I empty all SPAMS. Once in a while we need to check SPAM Mails because small mails my wrongly send to SPAMS. It happened to me before when a innocent good mail was wrong sent to SPAMS.

Yes, shoppers tend to shop more during sales, men and ladies alike. Who don't? Everyone likes sales. During the great sales for Jusco members only it is really really cheap then my wife and I shop more. We buy the essentials first. Then we may buy those that fancy us later.

Most of myLotters have bad habits as well as good. Bad habits are easy to cultivate. But good habits takes years to learn. For starters, try to cultivate the good habit of reading. Go slow by reading at least one book a week or even a month. Then try to give up at least one habit at a time say, smoking. Cheers.
