Awesome! I love hiking too. It's so good to get out & be in nature. If you're sore from the hike, you'll just need to go hiking more to get used to it! & it looks like it's brought out the creativity in you. (I love taking pictures on my hikes too.)

Congratulations! You should be proud of yourself! You had a fear and you faced it. I think that's the worst part of the visit. I always look away and concentrate on breathing. I've had a ton of work done recently (hadn't gone to a dentist in almost 20 yrs). I had a root canal, some fillings put in a a couple crowns. Are you sure you want to know?! I'm not exactly sure, it's deeper than a cavity. On mine, I had had some fillings that I got when I was younger, and they had started to come out or disintegrate over time....so food and bacteria got in & started to decay the tooth.
