Your post struck a nerve. I had a bad experience in the emergency room about a month ago. After being told "I don't care" by a surgeon and a physician's assistant, I never returned to a doctor to find out the source of my mysterious pain. BTW, I have veins that are hard to hit, too. I think happiness is a decision, not a place. For the most part, I'm pretty happy where I am. I use Scoop Away, and it works well at controlling odors. I've tried lesser expensive scoopable brands, but they don't work as well. I've also tried the ones with the odor activating crystals, but my cats didn't like it.
