Kathy25 I do not think rice can make you gain weight. Rice just can give us energe and it will not influence our weight.

Kathy25 I think family is important to everyone. As we know, our members of family will give us courage all the time. No matter how difficult the situation is, they always support us, help us. To me, without my family i will lose my value.

Kathy25 Your friend is terrible, he has no worth make you to do anything else. I think maybe the best way is to forget him then stand up to find your confidence back. It is foolish to waste time to consider how to revenge on him.

Kathy25 Yes, i think banana is good for our health. These days my digestion is not well, so i eat bananas everyday. It has a real effect on my digestion.

Kathy25 I agree with you, when we start to learn new language, we must to gain some knowledge about its culture, history and habits. It is very important because we should understand the language and use it in daily life but not just learn it semantically.

Kathy25 When i meet some stress, i would like to do some sports, such as playing basketball or running. I think it can reduce the stress and it also can make us tired easily. After athletics we can just take a bath then enjoy a good sleep. It is great.
