the side effects you have mentioned is the most common ones experienced by everyone who uses the computer for a long period without breaks... like you have said, washing with cold water does really fresh your eyes and your mind... your concentration becomes more clear for a short period though... what I normally do is, whenever I feel tired, loss of concentration or interest or have sore eyes, ...

well, unless microsoft build up the same confidence when it introduce windows XP, then people will start to upgrade... for my opinion, I think that windows 7 might be the next upgrade... since it doesn't give some big problems like in vista, people will start to notice its features and will give positive feedback... i think you have to try windows 7 out... personal view is needed in order for y...
