i did a search of care homes for my father, but they all want lots of money like £500 a week upwards. and he only lives in a council house and has no savings. so the payments would only come out of his benefits and whatever the council pay i guess. i certainly cant afford to pay for it. how do i do a search for care homes that accept elderly on benefits with no collaterol at all? or can they go... |

Thanks for your advice. What you told me was same as what the ward sister told me today about my father, he originally was admitted with heart attack, but as he also has dementia in the mid/mod stages now to they transported him yesterday to another hospital which is much better then the previous. and the sister gave me the information. She told he that it was wasted time in the other hospital ... |
