I think more women should be engaged in self defense classes. The attacks on women these days have gone to an all time high. I personally have never been attacked, however I’m afraid when the day comes I won’t be prepared enough....

Shantoi Bowlin @MALUSE LOL! Toning my entire lower body. The best part about it I still have smooth curves. I dont really work much on my upper part because its smaller. So I have what you’d call a cocoa cola bottle shape.

Shantoi Bowlin @MALUSE lol. I’m now doing 150 to 200 per day inclusive of rest days. I do 8 sets of 25 over a few hours

Shantoi Bowlin @MALUSE yeah I think I should too. I started out doing 15 and then the same number another day and then probably 20 on day 3 and increase accordingly as I go along.

Shantoi Bowlin Yes exercise is very helpful in-terms of staying healthy and fit. I try to walk a mile every day before and after work.

Shantoi Bowlin It’s an exercise that targets the glutes, thighs, hips and legs. It gives them a sort of toned look. For the challenge part of it you’d do sets of reps 2-3 days straight and then the fourth day would be what you’d call a rest day. Continuing until you’ve...
