I wrote a story about our Dog Max a few months back about a year ago maybe or so. Max is no longer with us he has to go to a final rest he was not doing well and could not longer walk he was in a lot of pain.

We got Max when he was age 2 as his former owners could not keep him he is now 13 almost 14 and so a very old dog. He has arthritis of his hips and his eyesight is not as keen as it used to be and he is a bit deaf.

I am always interested in foods or ways that help to promote sleep. Did you know that bananas have Tryptophan in them? And magnesium is a great sleep aide. Also, tart cherry juice, kiwis, almonds, walnuts, and white rice....
