OMG that's sad, sorry to hear that. My guy friend caught it a few moths back but recovered from it since it wasn't too severe for him since he had a strong immune system. And I think I caught it too in the summer, so I was walking around with a face mask in my house for a while so the people around me won't catch it. It all depends on my mood... Trance - working or working out. Rock - working out or playing video games or doing hard core stuff and maybe jamming out. Rap/hip-hop - Dance and chilling with friends. Well, I exercise 4 - 6 times a week depends on my schedule and how my muscles are cooperating. I climb the stairs every day since my room is in my basement. And I don't mean that as an exercise I do carido routines, dance, strength training, etc. Coz I was once in bad shape in the past but now I'm lookin pretty good.
