I know this is from a while ago, but I would have thought that the thing you should do here would be painfully obvious - erm, just don't speak to them any more... Why are you still calling them [i]friends[/i] after they've turned against you and changed for the worse? [em]confused[/em]

I'm 22 and at college at the minute - I'll be starting university in September and I'll be there for three years, then when I leave I'd like to be stable in my own home and with my career for at least a couple of years before I have my first child (this is the plan, anyway, lol [em]lol[/em]). My Nana does that [em]sad[/em] She does everything for everyone else, even though none of us would ever ask or expect her to do [i]anything[/i]! Obviously if we notice there's something not right with her then we flat out refuse to let her do these things, but she's only 64 and she doesn't often tell us if there's something wrong that we can't notice...

I only go to the doctor when there's something wrong with me, but I suppose it's not necessary for me to go for check ups yet, really. I do tend to go for the slightest little ailment, though [em]blush[/em] [em]lol[/em]

I had a really bad sleeping pattern for years and it took me a year to sort it out, but it's not fair for you if you've had a good sleeping pattern and it's going wrong through no fault of your own! [em]doh[/em] [em]rolleyes[/em]

I generally eat healthily because I'm living back at home so I don't have to worry about the financial aspect of eating healthily, but I definitely don't exercise nearly as much as I could and should, so that's my next target [em]thumbup[/em]
