Dear myLotters, Most of us will prefer to have good health, good shape of body and outlook. Me either. I workout, exercise regularly, practice balance diet and healthy lifestyle. I manage to cut down my weight, lose some fat yet somehow, I feel that my face and neck is not slim enough. I mean, they look kind of big. I wonder how to reduce the fat and make it slimmer. Why not you go for swimming? Swimming is really a good exercise which you will be able to work out all part of your body. Beside losing weight, you can even maintain better shape of body through it.

Hello jricky, I would recommend two books. First is "Tuesday With Morrie" by Mitch Albom, and also "Fever Pitch" by Nick Hornby. Basically, these two books are talking about life, and things that happened around the author. They are simple and easy reading, but left me with a lot of meaningful thoughts.

Visiting museums and galleries is cool indeed! In fact, it's one of my favourite activities to visit different museums and galleries. There are so many excitements and surprises to be found! We are able to experience and understand a lot of things, cultures in it. Whenever I go to travel, visiting museums is certainly an important activity for me to do.

Why not you stuff more food in your house, or your room, better be your favorite food. I think it can increase you desire to eat more, meanwhile, you may cut down your physical exercise, fill your stomach full and keep your mouth busy all times. I quite sure you will get fat. :)

Hi ms, it seems to me that you're a big deal in your department, I respect you. Somehow my friend, he is just a lead in his department, he's not even a supervisor or department manager. Me and him are different department though. I has to say that I really can't accept his attitude and behavioral changed. Guess I just have to keep a distance with him. :)

Hello stowyk, me as well think that he felt that he's better than anyone else ever since that day. I have friends that are managers or assistant manager but they never behave in such a cocky style. I think right now the best thing I can do is stay some distance with him. :)
