Most of the valuable experiences we et come through pain of some sort. Think of the lawyer who spends years reading dense text books before he/she can earn the huge paycheck that eventually comes with the occupation. You are right - thoughts are very powerful and they play a very important part in our lives. Always have positive thoughts. This balances your life and paves a good path to lead in this precious life.Not only this it helps in maintaining a good health too. Negative thoughts should not be encouraged.A big wall should be created to see that these do not enter the mind. Leading with +ve though...
