I must admit that I am a chain smoker... Well, almost a pack of Marlboro Lights in a day I should say... Sometimes more than half or more than a pack if nothing to do or if I'm with my friends having a "drinking session"...

Melody452 It is hard not to eat ice cream, pastries and all other fatty foods. This is common with most adults and even children. If we could all just limit it a little less everyday with the fatty foods, then I think it would be easier for all of us to eat smarter.
