This is really bad and especially since we are living in such tough economical times. These pranksters need to get what they deserve. I hope that they get caught and that justice is done because they could end up ruining someone's business. It is hard enough for hotels as it is. Is it just the big hotels or small ones too?

I don't think people can help the way they feel. I felt suicidal earlier this week because I have mental health problems and sometimes it is very difficult to cope. I think that people need more help and support when they feel like that. I feel sorry for the person and their family. It is sad to think that a person will miss out on the rest of their life.

You know what it is? It's muscle. U do an awful lot of body building and muscle weighs a lot more than fat. Be happy because you are putting muscle on rather than fat. It has been a hard time recently and things have been tough. I feel better than I did. I hate for the kids to have to see me at my lowest. My 6 year old really understands, but I don't want to put pressure on her because she is only young. Then I think she will be more understanding of mental health problems when she gets older.

My husband has admitted now that he has a problem which is a way forward for the both of us. However, he is still sleeping an awful lot. This morning he went back to bed for 2 hours and now he is in bed this afternoon. I cannot understand how someone can sleep so much. However, hopefully when he sees a counselor tomorrow he will be able to talk through his issues and gets the help he needs.
