How can I gain weight quickly?

I am almost 5ft 6, I weigh very high ,and I consulted doctor and there is good results, so can any one suggest me what to do ?

Missmagill First of all, did you intend to ask for weight loss advice or weigh gain advice? There are many websites out there that can help you to learn how to count calories, which is a foolproof method of gaining or losing weight.

Missmagill We just completed a week worth of 90-110 degree days where I am. I am so ready for winter...I got to sleep with an icepack every night because I'm so overheated.

Missmagill My stomach is my biggest concern, as I suffer from IBS and often get so bloated that little kids will ask me if I'm having a baby. I can understand the face thing very well, though, too.

Missmagill I wake up, sit in bed to meditate and thank god for the day, hop in the shower, take my meds, eat breakfast and exercise (the last two are interchangeable).

Missmagill Sodium does not cause fat gain, as it is calorie-free. However, it can cause water retention and bloating, which adds pounds and makes you look puffier.
