I don't purchase anything at the cinema because of the cost, but I do bring a bottle of water with me in case I get thirsty I hide it in my purse because you aren't allowed to bring outside food and beverage into the cinema. |

She is wrong for doing this to you. It seems like she is interested in this other guy and is staying with you while she is trying to build a relationship with him. If you have explained to her how much this hurts you and that you want her to stop and she hasn't, it sounds like it's time you left her and found someone who is going to love AND respect you. |

Although I forgive, I never forget. That being said, I believe that people who hurt you make you stronger, though you may not appreciate or realize it immediately. Many people have hurt me, but I am so much better for it. It is good when you become better for it instead of harboring animosity. It says to that person, "Nice try, but you're not getting the best of me!" |

Although I don't like to give up, sometimes it is inevitable and something that must be done. I think, personally, I feel like a failure when I give up, so that is why I am so reluctant to do so, but sometimes I think that it is in my best interests to do so. |

Sometimes kids feel uncomfortable discussing things like these with parents. They are scared of "the talk." Explain that you are not going to judge him, but you are his parent so you want what is best for him. This relationship will not last (12 years old, no, I don't think so.)
