I am more irritated by the gum crackers these days. There were urban legends about increased incidents of arthritis when cracking knuckles, but these were proved false. Those who keep doing it in public just to irritate people though (as with the gum crackers) I still believe have some kind of social malfunction ... (possibly adolescence?)
