So, it's summertime in the northern reaches of Europe and once again it is cold, wet and bleak. What do you all recommend that I do to perk myself up?

Rachel Cooney Watch a funny tv show (My go to's at the moment are I wanna marry Harry and Jackass) Do some yoga! Look up "energising yoga tutorials" or something similar to that on YouTube! I love Tara Stiles' videos. Put on your favourite kind of music, turn it up loud...

I don't understand most people. Like honestly I've got this one friend and she hates backstabbers , but yet she herself speaks morE bullshit than anyone I know.
