Most likely if the program is somewhat old that the problem is just a compatibility problem. Windows Vista is know to make many program crash when they formerly worked correctly. Compatibility mode with XP or even earlier may give good results. Also, depending on which activities the program does, it might require an UAC elevation manually.

 For a site like this, I don't see that high $10 after all. While it's not that easy, given you can post all that you want, you have an unlimited earning potential daily unlike most other sites, so if you really want you can reach it.
Also I think it's that high to prevent folks to come and post crap just to reach quickly the lower payout, having an higher bar assures that only "quality" poster... |

 It doesn't matters if it's laptop or desktop or whatever really, the game should work the same, provided you meet the minimum hardware requirements. There is no requirement of order when installing expansions. The recommended suggestion is to install them in order, but really you can install them as you want and it will work anyway. The only thing you MUST install first is the original, un-expanded, game, after that all expansinos and stuff packs in any order you like.  I bet that "Ice Cool Technology" is just a marketing trick [em]rasp[/em], a fancy name for a bigger cooler or something that doesn't dramatically changes anything.

Try sending them a ticket explaining the situation. I don't clearly understand why you can't cashout on PayPal. Is PayPal itself blocking money transfers from your country? Or is NeoBux not allowing to cashout in your country? Anyway, tell them and you may get a response, maybe they, exceptionally, unblock AlertPay cashouts for you so you can get your money. Otherwise, I see it hard.
