Submit to AC on a non exclusive. Wait a couple of weeks or so then submit the same one to Helium. Maybe change the words around slightly. That way they don't directly compete with each other in google rankings. Or that is the gist of what I read about the topic on another writing site anyway.

No they don't unless it has been changed. I make around $100 a month there but have been doing it for two years. It takes some time to make money there but it can be done.
