There's nothing wrong with the tap water where I live. It tastes great. It's refreshing. Put it in a jug and keep it in the fridge to keep it cold. And it saves me plenty of money from buying overpriced bottled water. |
 | Raven1 responded to a discussion called I love my vegetables!. 4 weeks ago I'm a vegetarian because I can't process or digest red meat. I've been this way since I was a child, so I've only ever known a fully vegetarian diet. I'm very healthy, I'm not overweight and I've always got plenty of energy, so it can't be bad for me.
Besides, there are so many great choices of foods to eat between vegetables, salads, fruits, pasta, rice, tofu and plenty of other options tha... |

There are so many lovely foods you can make using only vegetables. I often think vegetarians eat more variety than meat-lovers and there's so much choice! My favorite vegetarian meals are:Spinach and cheese cannelloni in napolitana sauce

spinach quiche
zucchini frittata

Dinner for me and my daughter is whatever's ready in the vegetable garden. Stir fried meals with noodles is her favorite, so I'll pick whatever vegetables are ready and add them to the pan with some soy sauce and noodles. |

I also keep a bucket in the shower to catch the water that is wasted when you heat up the hot water. It takes ar... |

If they say no, call another lender and ask if they have a balance transfer option at a lower rate than you're paying... |

I forgot to add that I eat a lot of salads filled with everything I love the most. Salads are a fun, easy way to make lunch! |

Some people can't digest red meat (I"m one of them), so for me I have to find alternative protein sources from vegetables, tofu, nuts or eggs simply because I can't eat meat without becoming quite ill. |

I forgot to add - when it's time to go shopping to fill up your freezer again, buy LESS pre-packaged foods. Learn to cook some tasty recipes yourself. The ingredients are much cheaper than pre-packaged foods, so you'll be saving plenty. |
