Good morning, MommaJ, thanks for your response! Wow, you're right - this is completely ridiculous! So then WHAT are they using to disinfect? I know for a fact that schools here are MANDATED to disinfect the rooms daily... Not because of the H1N1, but it's school policy and always has been... Good morning, thank you for the response... Yes, my son is fully recovered, thank you for asking! You are right, there is just as much chance of catching this illness OUTSIDE of schools, and my son very well could have caught it elsewhere... However, I strongly believe that SCHOOL is the last place a parent should have to worry about the health and safety of their child... I do see the fight in...

Hi Anora, thank you for your response. I should have mentioned, he is in school under an IEP - he went in because he had a speech delay, which caused him to have further delays in other areas... The school is great as far as testing and evaluating him, but they have never been able to give me an exact, straight answer... Is he learning impaired or not? They say he's not, but that he is delayed....
