HOly cow! I just weighed myself for the first time in a few months... I had my baby 7 months ago and I am breastfeeding, eating well, taking walks and that is all and I've lost over 50 pounds already! No dieting or hard excercise....

Prenatal vitamins - are they worth the price tag?

Folic acid supplements are recommended until you reach 12 weeks... but after that, are/did you bother taking prenatal vitamins? I'm currently taking Pregnacare Plus - they contain omega 3, etc... but I find them very expensive!...

Sephora Okie, let me think... Take folic acid supplements until you reach 12 weeks. When you start getting a bump, start sleeping on your left side - this promotes the best blood flow to your baby. No more missionary position when you reach around 27 weeks...

Personally I use Clinique products for combination skin. They are very good and effective. I recommend everyone who have combination or oily skin to try Clinique products.

Sephora I agree with you! I have combination skin and I use quite a few of the Clinique's skincare range. My skin has really improved since I started the 3 step routine so I would really recommend these products as well!
