They say exercising is important to stay healthy. Shamefully, I must admit that I don't excercise at all. Well, I do walk everyday if that counts. I try to walk my way around as much as possible and choose to use stairs instead....

Ambrecia Manuel I pretty much, walk everywhere in my hometown so i do get exercise from walking and i also do squats.

Who in here have experience sleeping paralysis ?

I hate having that experience, one time i couldn't move or speak and it felt like i was being choked out by something then i saw this evil smiling gnome pointing upward like someone on top of me?
