I've met two of my online friends in real life. But I had both my parents with me, plus my 4 siblings who are still living at home. And the two people I was meeting brought their parents along, too. We met in a public place, and my mom had spoken to their mom beforehand. I had also spoken to both of the friends on the phone once or twice. So it was a safe meeting (:

I suppose I could go for*about* an hour with boring things, if I really tried. Most likely, it would be less than that. It depends on what it is, really. School I can focus on for two or three hours, pretty much straight. Because the subjects are constantly changing. Writing, I can focus on for about the same amount of time, but only in rare cases. When I'm listening to music, I generally keep it so that only I can hear it. If I like the song a lot, I'll turn it up. I do have times where I blare it, but they are few and far between (: When I'm watching TV, I love turning it up loud!!!

Thank you for your concern (: I wish it could just be banned as a whole, just like that...but I understand the social and economic implications if that were to happen so quickly. I've heard that weed is actually less harmful to the body than cigarettes. I wonder if some day it will be made legal and used as an alternative. It's already used for medicines in some places.
