I've never thought that there is a CORRECT TIME to drink water! Nothing in my school days have my teachers taught about drinking water at those prescribed hours. I've never denied a friend request. It would be discourteous for me to snob a friend request. No matter what intentions he/she has for my friendship, I would always accept him/her for what he/she is. Along the way, I know we could build a closer relationship than just being a mere requested friend.
