The_Hate Try to find a headphone to temper the noise, maybe go to a docter or find a special person to talk to when you have this feelings. Or maybe get some pill that help you relax or drink green thee or camilla, that really helps!

The_Hate Yes it is possible but with good preperation diet food health condition and not all at once offcourse, but i dont think it would be healthy.
