Medium rare?

I love steak and I rarely eat it. Why you ask? Because I married theo ne man on earth that doesn't really care for steak. He still lets me eat it whenever I want but I have always found that it is too much work to make two meals....

Thinker83 I like medium rare,first! the steak be cooked to medium rare is juicy,and the taste is delicious!
