I find a good way to get to sleep whenever is effective for me! I lie down the bed, with the quilt and two pillows under my neck and head, anyway to make me feel comfortable, then i listen to some relax or very easy or very difficult scientific lectures, and then i alway got to sleep! In fact, i always listen to english learning address, and i always get to sleep when i pull me back!

I'm still single, and i'm going to get married this year end. I think the most important thing motivates me to work hard is I ought to be responsible to my parents and my future family of my own. Secondly, to live decently and meaningfully is another motivation for me to work hard.
