i will be honest i dont even bother looking into the email i just delete it, i have offtend come across emailing telling me ive won a free cellphone or laptop or gift certificte, and it ends up being all spam. my mail box gets flooded with all these junk emals. so no i can say that i dont look into it.

i think that both kinds of abuse is harmful to any one. one is on the outside and the other is invisable. but both do damage. the scars may offtend heal but to you they are always thier. no one should go thru any kind of abuse whether mental or physical can be down right damaging.
