It's because people need to find evidence for their belief, so meat eaters that want to believe vegan are unhealthy will relate everything to your diet. Also they will create blind spot about things that show their diet is unhealthy.

You feel sleepy simply because you're bored and not moving! So move in anyway you can. I understant you can't run in your office or something like that but you could do some exercise that you can do on place like some squad or push ups. I hope that helped!

Food that are fortified in B12 like soymilk and meat alternatives and nutritional yeast. I think cereals are fortified in B12 too. Seaweed, tempeh and other fermented foods, bee pollen, spirulina, chlorella aren't considered as reliable source of B12. You can try them even if your not vegetarian! My brother is a bodybuilder and he eat alot of them! Alot more than myself! He eat them because they're high in protein and low in fat! He also find that he digest it better than real meat.

It wont give money to people from all country unfortunately... I don't think it's a scam as paypal is a really reputed website. Check if your country is one that people from there will get paid for.
