Liverpool defeated Man Utd 2-0. After their this victory over Man Utd has really given some hopes for their fans that they can still win this years EPL. i think they have to continue with this kind of performance . even though they will be a bit more disappointed with the red card being shown in the dying moments, but anyways a victory is what matters at the end.

Its really disappointing to note that all the three IPL teams are knocked out of the Champions League. Once again the truth that Indians are good on papers but not on the fields has been proved. One thing for sure can be stated based on the performances of Indian teams that the IPL is over hyped.

After today's match, it is really tough to put the money on any of the teams including Bangalore, Mumbai, Rajasthan, Punjab and Deccan for getting a semi final berth. What I feel is, Mumbai has the least of chances and Deccan are almost sure to get a berth. Among the remaining three teams I think given the present form, either of Bangalore or Rajasthan could make it to the semis.
