ragging can be punishable?

In my opinion when ragging crosses its limits, it can be punishable. Otherwise, it helps in the students mingling with each other and keeps the shyness far.

abinesh wat criminal ofense?? where did mr raghavan and his committee have their coll edu man?? this is crazy... thats just not seeming to be right ... its been tradition and part of coll life... mabe they could ve taken steps just to avert severe and other insane...

abinesh massa or kimi is my answer.... team ferrari seemed to be geared up during the practice and the qualifying did not seem tooo bad as well... yet lewis is doing too well ... but i doubt if he ll survive the 1st corner as something tells me that the start is going...

ragging is very dangerous to the student in the college life. sometimes it results in to the death of the person. it effects a lot of harm to the mind. the studend does not know what to and what not to do....
