I heard swimming is a good exercise. Unfortunately, I don't know how to swim, and I have been scared to go back to a pool ever since some people pushed me in one and held me underwater to the point I drowned and fell to the bottom of the deep side. I had developed a fear for pools, and never learned how to overcome it.

I have been drink on average 2 gallons (8 liters) of water a day, and this is when it is not hot outside. Usually when it is hot I could go through 3 gallons (12 liters), and a couple of times 4 gallons (horribly thirsty those days and was criticized for drinking an entire water cooler bottle. I drink milk all the time, I have no set time to drink it. Most of the time, I drink 2% chocolate milk (there's a certain brand that I like). What's unusual to most is that I literally drink milk by the gallon. Well I really don't have any tips that I could share. I am a big guy with a monster stomach, and always doing things that keeps me hungry.
