 Yes, I totally agree with you. I also do the same things, make a list first and then shop. This way, I buy all that I need and skip which is not necessary. I pay cash. I avoid credit card. If I have enough money then only I increase my desires otherwise buy only that things that is required. I was a very bad spender.
