Food and sleep....When you're down and eat well don't you bloat yourself after? Anyway, gym is just a walk away I hope. I believe in doing the things that you want always uplift the spirits. I do eat a lot and sleep too when I am down. But I just love reading the most...The words, comforting or strong just make me high and on my active mood again. Thanks

That's what I do too...seclude myself. I don't want to radiate the negative me to others when I am low. I just want to be alone with my books....regards

Similarly situated....I love what you do too and like you I have a family, one loving and supportive family to go to...and yeah kids are always source of happiness and inspiration to me too...real reason why we must pick up the broken pieces, start anew and move on...life is still too beautiful after all...

Thanks ...I miss you people here my friends at myLot...and yeah i miss being here...what i find so funny is one from our place. Even on non-election times, he campaigns for himself and will do things just so to attract attention and I find it so funny having seen him over the TV in a national telecast. LOL When will he realize that neither heaven is at peace....LOL

Ohh that's one realization you have pointed out...and well I salute him for doing that..I just realized when one persists on a goal, when one persists with conviction, time will come he will be heard and it will be acted upon. In the topic I opened I find it funny because really this one man is hmmmmm something like "out of his mind"....but I just admire his persistence and well his way of draw...
