My hair used to fall a lot, but I used olive oil. I know it sounds yucky, but it worked:-) I used it before I sleep at night and wrap my head with plastic/saran wrap, and put towel on top of my pillow. Or I used it in the morning when I woke up and leave it for at least 3-4 hours. But if you want instant result, I don't know what can help you. Maybe you can take hair and nail supplement from ...

Of course I do:-) I would buy the thing that I wanted to buy for a long time. Maybe a nice dress or perfume or jewelery or something. And then I would eat out and not cooking for the whole day. Hey, this is my day, I shouldn't be working, right? I would also get something for my husband and my kids. That would be fun:-) I wish my birthday is soon, but it's till more than 6 months from now ...

Oooooo, Tom Yam, I love it too. Once I went to this vegetarian restaurant and they serve Tom Yam but with vegetarian prawn substitute. It's pretty good, honestly:-)) Thanks for sharing.

Indian food!!! One of my favorites. Spicy yet very filling and comforting. Some friends of mine love it too, and they always cry when they eat indian food because of the spices and chilies:-) Thanks!

Well, I eat rice 2-3 times a week, but on strange week I can eat it everyday all the time:-) And rice is pure carbohydrates, so we should also eat vegetables and meat/chicken/fish with it to get our daily nutrition need fulfilled.
