amibotea thanks for your advice. I ussualy go to bed at 2 pm, and I fall asleep at 3pm. I make a lot of exercise after 7, I run 3 miles, and I lift heights. All after 7. So you think this is a problem:D. K I will do earlier:D. Thanks for your comment

I have this problem since I was 14 and now I am 17. Acnee on my chest, and on my face( not more like on chest) but it's concern me, because you know with acnee on your chest, it really bad:(

amibotea I eat a lot, but I am that kind of guy that eat-and the food make up in energy, I am 1,76 and 64 Kg. Full of energy but I want muscle:))
