I was thinking since last week, I am a full time mom. I've been a unemployed since 6 years. But when i observed everyday of our living... we are strangling for everyday expenses for our 5 kids, aside from that is for rentals etc....

anthony8002 well the average is 7 hours. but its better if you do exercise also coz it helps boost your energy and stamina. its not about how long you sleep but you need to consider also your healthy habits. good sleep plus good body condition. take care and godbless.
