Well,I usually chat with my friends online,, so that cancels out the fact of the unknown person,, however if someone gets involved with unknown ones in online dating,then online chatting is good but i think personally that at some point of time, sooner or later, they should meet each other and chat face to face and try to figure out their connectivity in real before committing fully....

People usually dreams when something is going through their sub-conscious mind, be it their internal wishes, or some disturbing matters etc etc... In my case,usually I have a deep sleep at night,so cant even recollect the dreams that goes past my mind... however,I think that the funny imaginations that I dream of rather helps me to have a good night's sleep:)

I always like to have tasty food, occasionally rich spicy food is good,but in day to day basis, it is also necessary to have normal food... just by adding excess spices, one cannot enhance the taste of the food, so maintain a proper balance by having tasty and healthy food, and stay fit and enjoy life....:)
