Well i'm using Vodafone... and i must say ...when it took over hutch last year the network was really very very bad. i wasnt able to talk to anyone while i was inside my house!! Well i certainly understand the seriousness of the issue that you've brought up here! My views on this topic are very open. In the sense that i dont think there is any problem in being "just good friends" with a person of the opposite sex, once you are married. Be it for the guy or the lady!
