Unfortunately I have not found anything to help me sleep. My body has finally just adjusted to the late hours. My mom had the same issue that you are having and then she was tested for sleep apnea, she was diagnosed with it. the doctor gave her a breathing mask and told her to use one of those machines that plays the relaxtion noises. Thankyou! Shortly after we were married (2 1/2 yrs ago) he was deployed to Egypt. While there he contracted an illness and has not been well since. His body is in a constant state of allergic reaction. In moderate doses prednisone can be good however they have had him up to 80mg per day, they have tried to decrease it but when they do he just gets sicker so they kick it back up. His body has stopped producing natural steroids so he kinda has to be on a small dosage. Its a lose lose situation but we are getting through it. Nope no turkey... LOL.
