Can't get enough sleep

All the sleep I get is dream sleep, because my husband who had a stroke, wants me to turn him over every couple or less hours a night. I almost dozed off in the sermons today because I was just too tired and I had to shake myself...

arquitecta Sleep is very important because it regularize everything in your body. Not getting enough sleep affect memory, sharpness, energy, it messes up with your hormonal functions and that's why not sleeping can slow down metabolism

Which is better reading the book first or watching the movie?

i was reading one of the discussion here and also we were discussing it yesterday with my associate. Usually when i read books and then it will become a movie, i dont appreciate the movie because they shorten the story to fit in...

arquitecta It really depends on what I got my hands on first. But most of the time, the movie makes me want to read the book. i want to know what the missing details are. The books are so much more interesting than the movies sometimes

arquitecta Christian can consume alcohol. It's not so much the alcohol that's the problem, but the excess of it. I've read in different studies that one glass of wine per day is good for you because it has antioxidant. Also beer has some substance that's good for you....

Would you tell your partner if they had bad breath?

My husband and I always tell each other if we have bad breath. It's a lot more fun than just being polite and trying to avoid the other person. We just apologize and fix the problem or say we are too sick or tired and stay away...

Why are wedding dress white?

I have seen so many wedding dress, most of which are white. Tbere are many others colors, such as pink, blue and red. Why do girls like white wedding dress?

arquitecta the white dress is traditional. It's a way of symbolizing purity, along with the veil. another symbol for it was the crown made out of orange flowers. Usually in those types of ceremony, everything has a meaning.

arquitecta I don't fear growing old. I am 25 now and I feel like I just hit 20. My all life is ahead of me. And when I see my mum, I worry even less because everybody thinks she's in her 40s while she's already 53. My dad is losing his hair, a few strands of white here...
