I am with "Bhokta" where the site pays 1,2,3,4$ based on no of words. The interesting part is you get paid immediately when your article is published.

Xomba is great to earn money for life. but it takes real hard work to see your first few dollars. But i am busy occupied with a site called "BHOKTA". The site pays flat 1$, 2$, 3$, 4$ for writers based on no of words. Their response is good. You can check out there.
