Yes it does concern me and I generally don't open emails unless I know where they're from. Sometimes I get spam in my mail box instead of junk mail and sometimes it's hard to tell if it is junk mail. But if in doubt delete them, no email's worth risking a virus!Thanks for the warning by the way.

This might sound strange but apart from the things you mentioned the first thing that came to mind is that I see God in the mirror. That's where I see the one who tells me how to behave, how to find happiness and how to treat others. I suppose it's apt because if God lives within us then surely we'd see that reflected in ourselves.

I have a drink of vodka once per week and it often gives me painful acid reflux. I've found that if I have Barberry Bark in tincture before I don't get it, and when I have it and take it it gets rid of it. I suppose you could have it in tea. There are quite a lot of antacid herbs you could try. Have you been eating bananas and other fruit and veg and is it any better?Cheers for the best ...

Rice, pasta and cereals are fine as long as there's a balance in your diet. A third of it ought to be vegetables and fruit and a third starchy carbs like beans and pasta etc. Meat etc should be a smaller amount. I don't make a distinction between them. I can't mark mail as spam because of my email server. It used to be able to do it but it gives me all sorts of problems so I just delete them. I'm fed up of contacting them about it. I've been meaning to change my email server but it'd be so much hassle!
