Do you think it's true? I find that it's hard to say I'm Sorry...I can say it on card, letters, emails...just not say sorry face to face to that person. What about u?

missing a parent on holidays

I lost my dad almost 3 yrs ago to lung cancer and seems like come near every holiday time i start to dread them like the some infectious sickness ..start feeling the hole that was left and spend the weeks leading up to that time...

battleclown It is a common thing. You might have what psychologists call SAD, or seasonal anxiety disorder. It is exactly what it says; a certain season triggers those emotions. I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope this helps you. :)
