 I've read in various articles that dark chocolate is healthier that milk chocolate. I don't remember why because generally I am not a fan of chocolate so I didn't keep that information in my mind :)
If you check the ingredients you will find what ingredients they have and you will be able to compare. I also have the impression that dark chocolate has less calories. |

I also like home gatherings, it feels nice to bring all of your friends together to celebrate your birthday and have fun. Sometimes the best celebration is simply at home with close friends and good mood, it doesn't have to be anything fancy!

 I prefer taking the vitamines that my body needs from natural sources like fruits, vegetables, salads etc. I don't take any vitamin tablets, because I don't like artificial products. It is only a small amount but it will be a relief to the families that suffered from the damage, at least during the first days after the earhquake. The countries that have history with earthquakes should be more organised and they should have a plan on how to help people after this kind of disasters.
